dfcu Foundation launches the FEAT program to empower agribusinesses and drive financial inclusion in Uganda

The Financial Expansion for Agribusiness Transformation (FEAT) Program, launched by dfcu Foundation, empowers smallholder farmers and agribusinesses in Uganda. Backed by dfcu and Rabo Foundation, FEAT targets 2 280 agribusinesses and over 100 000 individuals across coffee, livestock-dairy, cereals, and oilseeds value chains. The program also plans to train 80 000 learners (50% women, 40% youth).

FEAT will facilitateUGX 100 billion in financial support. Participants will access capacity building in governance, financial literacy, marketing, and climate smart agriculture through digital tools like SOMA.
