Our business is built on partnerships. Arise is owned by Norfund, NorFinance, Rabobank Partnerships and FMO. Together, we are working to build a stronger African economy – one with greater financial inclusion, more employment, stronger rural development and less poverty.

About Norfund
Norfund, the Norwegian Investment Fund for Developing Countries, was established by the Norwegian Parliament in 1997. Norfund’s objective is to contribute to reducing global poverty by contributing to the growth of sustainable commercial enterprises in developing countries. It offers equity, venture capital and loans to companies in selected countries, and business areas where the private sector lacks the capital to grow and develop viable businesses.
About NorFinance
NorFinance is a specialised long-term investment company, established by Norfund and other Norwegian investors, that makes investments in African financial institutions.
