Arise INSEAD Women Leadership Initiative

Women’s economic participation and leadership in business is essential to drive business performance, as well as to advance corporate sustainability and increase global GDP.

To advance female leadership in the African banking sector, Arise partnered with international leadership institution INSEAD, on a finance sector based leadership training initiative. The aim of this course was to expose female CEOs to innovative ideas about leadership and proven techniques for overcoming the unique challenges faced by women leaders and to effect meaningful change in their organisations.

Mukwandi Chibesakunda, the Chief Executive Officer of Zanaco successfully completed the course.
