New appointments

Arise is pleased to welcome onboard two new investment associates, Linda Ngcwangu and Simon Lockhart – Ross, who both commenced their tenure last month.

Ms Ngcwangu, who holds a BComm Degree in Financial Management from the University of Pretoria and a Diploma in Management Accounting from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants joins us from ABSA Capital. She recently fulfilled the role of Corporate Finance Associate within the Mergers and Acquisitions (M & A) division. Through her broad exposure to various banking roles she boasts a diverse skillset which includes corporate finance, financial modelling, valuations and research analysis.

Mr Lockhart – Ross, who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Science and a Master’s Degree in Investment Management from the University of Cape Town joins us from Clifftop Colony, an independent corporate finance and investment advisory financial management firm focused on growth companies in Sub-Saharan Africa. He has extensive experience in financial modelling and investment management with a particular focus on transaction management, due diligence and project management.
