dfcu Bank has completed the first cohort of its CEO master class, a leadership programme designed to strengthen the capability needed to execute strategy and sustain performance.
Over the year, high potential employees participated in workshops, mentoring and peer learning focused on strategic judgement, influence and execution.
Speaking at the graduation ceremony, dfcu Bank CEO, Charles Mudiwa reminded participants that leadership is ultimately measured by the impact it creates. “People will recognise you by your actions and by your deeds,” he said, challenging graduates to lead with purpose, serve their communities and develop other leaders.
The programme strengthens dfcu’s leadership pipeline and supports the bank’s ability to adapt, perform and grow in a changing market.
For Arise, it demonstrates the value of investing beyond capital by helping partner banks build the leadership capability required for long term success.
