Today marked a significant milestone as Zanaco officially kicked off its 60×60 campaign by donating 60 desks to Kabanana Primary School. This generous act is the first step in Zanaco’s pledge to provide 3,600 desks to 60 schools nationwide, celebrating Zambia’s 60th independence anniversary.
The handover ceremony was attended by the Minister of Education, Dr. Douglas Siakalima, who applauded Zanaco’s enduring partnership and contribution to the Government’s efforts to enhance quality education. Leading the Zanaco delegation was Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Kalaluka Itwi BSc (Hons), NATech, FCCA FZICA, who reaffirmed the bank’s dedication to advancing education and supporting Zambia’s national development.
As the 60×60 campaign unfolds, Zanaco looks forward to visiting schools in all 10 provinces, continuing its commitment to putting communities first and empowering the next generation.
